The Guest Satisfaction Representative will deliver exceptional customer service to all our visitors by helping to make their experience as memorable and enjoyable as possible. You will be that essential first point of contact for the majority of guests and also help with enquiries. You will also support to the cleaning team as and when necessary. Supporting the Estate Manager in the delivery of their duties goes hand in hand with this role. You will come with a positive, flexible and can-do attitude to help ensure success in this fun and people-focused role.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strive to help our guests receive our five-star service.

2. Supporting the cleaning team as and when necessary.

3. Carry out administrative duties as directed.

4. Work to achieve excellent customer reviews by helping them at all times. Excellent on-line reviews will be financially rewarded.

5. To ensure that the premises and equipment are maintained in a safe condition at all times.

6. To support the business by ensuring the safety of guests at all times.

7. To clearly demonstrate effective communication with guests, colleagues and any external bodies.

8. The post holder will be required to undertake mandatory training and any other training commensurate with their role.

9. The post holder must ensure any changes to their circumstances including any criminal proceedings being taken against them, any convictions and any changes to their health that may affect their ability to work are reported to the Estate Manager.

10. To manage and run the on-call telephone service to support guests and the business.

11. Encourage and support the outdoor activities offered by Crabbers’ Wharf.

12. To work at weekends in the high holiday season only.

**General**

13. To perform other such duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post as may reasonably be required.

14. To support the business in the absence of the Estate Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £29,000.00 per year
