**About the Team**

**Role Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Gardener to contribute to the high standards of premium housing and supported living services for vulnerable adults who suffer from mental health and living in a supported housing environment. You will have relevant hands on experience and qualifications with an ethos of continuous improvement to achieve exceptional high standards. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours/week, based across multiple sites.

**Key Requirements**
- ** Green Space Care**: Execute precise mowing, trimming, and fertilizing of green spaces, upholding the commitment to maintaining a welcoming exterior.
- ** Tree and Bush Care**: Employ your expertise in pruning and trimming to ensure the health and visual appeal of trees and bushes.
- ** Planting and Beautification**: Bring outdoor spaces to life by expertly planting trees, shrubs, hedges, and seasonal flowers, ensuring a picturesque setting that captivates guests at every turn.
- ** Seasonal Flair**: Install and maintain captivating seasonal plants that add a touch of natural elegance to the surroundings.
- ** Pruning and Weeding**: Employ your expert pruning, forking, and weeding skills to maintain the health and aesthetic appeal of all greenery.
- ** Outdoor Creations**: Assist in constructing sheds, storages, and outdoor structures, contributing to the enhancement of overall ambiance.
- ** Litter-Free Spaces**: Dedicate yourself to keeping gardens and green areas free of debris and litter, contributing to an inviting and orderly atmosphere.
- ** Plant Health**: Monitor and nurture the health of plants, demonstrating your commitment to the sustainability of the outdoor spaces.
- ** Pest Management**: Address and manage pest issues that could potentially impact the vitality of plants, preserving the integrity of the grounds.
- ** Landscape building**: Enhance the aesthetics of the gardens through crafting rockeries, planned flower beds, and captivating garden designs.
- ** Maintenance Support**: Perform essential caretaking and maintenance and facilities duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and dedication to the upkeep of properties.
- ** Safety Advocacy**: Prioritize the safety of clients, guests and staff by promoting health and safety measures, ensuring that all outdoor areas are hazard-free and well-maintained.
- ** Tool and Equipment Care**: Maintain gardening tools and equipment, showcasing your commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role.
- ** Fence Management**:Take ownership of painting, fitting, and repairing fences and reinforcing.
- ** Ground Cleansing**: Utilize jet-washing to maintain clean and inviting pathways and outdoor surfaces.
- ** Logistical Support**: Drive the company van to facilitate the movement of furniture and items between properties, demonstrating your willingness to go above and beyond.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the Support Team to efficiently move items and provide assistance where needed, showcasing your dedication to a harmonious work environment.
- ** Equipment Expertise**: Skilfully manage and maintain gardening equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in optimal condition for superior results.
