**Position**: Composite Kit Cutter (Night Shift)

**Location**: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 3:00am (dependant on work schedule)

**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role is to support the efficient running of the Kit Cutting Department by meeting job timescales and demands to the highest of standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cut carbon fibre rolls of material into relevant kits for laminating, using automated cutting machine (Zund) and nesting software (Auto-nest)
- Bagging and labelling kits with part numbers and batch number
- Complete material picking lists
- Manual handling of bulky rolls of material

**Desirable Skills**:

- Have the ability to work independently
- Possess a 'can-do' attitude, putting the same level of commitment and care into the routine aspects of the role as the more challenging tasks
- Positive, proactive and efficient with excellent communication skills
- Must be very organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong IT competence
