- Picking up billing enquiries
- Updating customer data and personal details
- Conducting Administrative changes
- Assisting in receiving PO's (Purchase orders) for the finance department
- System knowledge and problem solving
- Confidence in dealing with customers

- Basic understanding of PC/Mac OS and software

Maths and English GCSEs at grade 4/C or above
