We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team. You'll be responsible for cleaning our guest rooms and public areas to the highest possible standard, to ensure our guests enjoy a hassle free stay. The job will entail ensuring that all area of the hotel is cleaned to a high standard with the aim of enhancing the customer experience by delivering excellent cleanliness.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation in guest areas
- Service all bedrooms and corridors in line with company policy
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Fulfil reasonable requests from guests to ensue comfort and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Carry out instructions as given by management and head office
