
Office Administrator and Purchase Ledger

The job requires someone with a friendly, positive attitude with good attention to detail
- Maintaining and monitoring purchase contracts across multiple platforms using Sage 200, Win Weigh and Excel.
- Liasing with of-site staff.
- Processing haulier and supplier invoices through to weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Use of Outlook, Excel and Sage 200 is desirable, full training can be given.
The hours of work are Mon
- Fri 8AM -5PM (opportunity to be flexible - can be discussed at the interview stage), with 30 mins for lunch, free on-site parking, 3-month probation period.
