General Summary:
Primary Duties:
- Greeting Guests.
- Checking guests in and out using the hotel PMS system.
- Answering phone calls.
- Showing guests around the hotel, to the eating areas and/or spa and fitness area.
- Directing guest queries to the appropriate department as needed.
- Taking guest bookings for the hotel and restaurant.
- Showing guests to event spaces as required.
- Performing security checks throughout the night.
- Completing end of day banking.
- Conducting pool chemical testing
Skills and Qualifications:
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service
- Flexibility
- Discretion and Sensitivity
- Strong IT skills
- Use of booking systems and software (ideal, but training given)
- Excellent organization and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in hospitality industry (ideal)
- Previous experience in retail
- Previous experience with a public facing role
**Education**:
- GCSE Math pass or equivalent
- GCSE English pass or equivalent

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
