As a Customer Helpdesk Advisor you will be:

- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
- Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Customer Helpdesk Advisor should have:

- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a help desk role.
- A customer service mindset.
- A strong focus on working as team.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail
- Adaptability to changing environments, work priorities, and organisational needs
- Comfortable working to deadlines
