**Marketing Executive**

Atkore Flexicon is hiring a Marketing Executive to assist in the implementation and delivery of the Sales and Marketing plan and provide key support for the Marketing Manager to direct the Sales and Marketing strategy.

To continuously improve our communications for our current and future GTM channels, whilst providing general Marketing support to our Customers & Distributor Partners in both UK and International Markets to develop profitable business and enhancing the customerjourney. Working with our new CRM tool, this role will involve daily interaction to support & co-ordinate effective Sales Lead generation and conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage social media channels and online brand presence - Maintain, update, and analyse web site content to optimise landing pages, engagement, and lead generation. Manage web images, graphics, keywords, and video production to achieve a high rate of leads/ conversions
- Create Marketing assets to promote effective and targeted Value Propositions
- Develop compelling and creative sales tools, POS, exhibition graphics
- Support the delivery of company exhibitions, trade counter days, and capture lead generation ready for effective & timely follow up
- Production of all marketing materials using InDesign
- Identify, assign and monitor Sales Leads for the Sales Team to follow up
- Support population of PIM system to provide consistent and accurate Product information to Customers

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies

**Experience/knowledge**
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of operating within a Marketing Team.
- Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytical and reporting responsibility, ideally from a range of data sources, and within a commercial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite, specifically advanced Powerpoint, Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
- Adobe Creative Suite full proficiency including Photoshop/InDesign for artwork and creative content is desirable
- Experience of working with Google Analytics
- **Experience of working in industrial manufacturing is a strong benefit**:
