**What we are looking for**:
The Security Clearance Associate role will be instrumental in bringing together stakeholders from various departments across our business and managing them and their documentation through an established national security vetting process.

The role will be responsible for running the day to day operation of security check processes, taking responsibility with various external entities such as the Home Office and other governmental entities. Chasing internal stakeholders for documentation and evidence, as well as liaising with external agencies for updates and confirmations.

It is desirable that a successful applicant would have a working knowledge of these BPSS and NSV processes.

The Security Clearance Associate will utilise the knowledge gained through those processes to help find efficiencies and improvements for internal Faculty processes with the People and Security teams.

This role will be heavily supported by our existing People and Security teams.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of processes
- Ensure that all processes are followed and that stakeholders provide correct information at various stages
- Very good problem solving skills
- Developing, managing and documenting processes
- Measuring process performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Reporting and escalation to management as needed
- Managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Capable of working independently and across functional teams

It is not a hard requirement, but any experience working with other Security Projects, Government agencies or any existing knowledge of ListX would be beneficial, as would any formal Security accreditation.
