An Independent Financial Advice firm with offices across the UK are looking for a Training & Competency Manager to work alongside their Head of Professional Development. An opportunity to have an impact on how the firm offers progression to advisers andbringing your experience to the table. You will develop and deliver training programmes. From conducting role plays to coaching advisers to signing off the next generation of advisers - this role is crucial to the life cycle of financial planning.

This role can be predominantly home based with occasional travel to the Glasgow office.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Diploma in Financial Planning, ideally an advanced diploma
- Experience working in a regulated financial service environment
- Previous experience in training / coaching / development

Ideally suited for an individual who has experience in giving Financial Advice or currently providing Training / Development / Competency sign offs.
