We are looking for a passionate person to join our Kitchen Brigade.

The Role will involve the following
- Cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery
- Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Helping with the laundry for back of house requirements
- Assisting Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting Cleaning Chef stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

**Essential skills**
- Good work ethic and can work as part of a busy team.
- Enjoys a busy environment
- Flexible approach to the working week
- Methodical and clean worker
- Enjoys following checklists and takes satisfaction from your work
- Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
- Awareness of manual handling techniques
- Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
- Experience of kitchen equipment
- Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
