Live Out**Description**
Here we have a wonderful long term nanny role for a family with a child aged 2.5 years and a baby due in September. The father has a very busy career and works long hours over 6 days per week.

Mum needs the support of a nanny over 4 or 5 days per week. The hours can be around 35 to 45 hours per week(Monday to Friday)to suit the nanny's requirements. This family will only consider a nanny who is looking for a long term position and is happy with shared care role.

The role will be to work in partnership with mum caring for the children, going on days out, being involved in messy play, preparing nutritious meals(the family are vegetarian.) Some days the nanny will have sole charge of the eldest child whilst Mum has some 'me time" so you would be confident caring for children on your own. The family have a cleaner so cleaning is not required.

The successful nanny would be one who believes in providing a compassionate, safe, loving and nurturing environment. You will also value respectful and gentle parenting, but with boundaries in line with developmental readiness.

The role is to start as soon as, with a view to the days increasing nearer the birth date of the baby, this however can be discussed at the interview.
