Ci Practitioner

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an iconic Sheffield based heavy manufacturing business, who are looking for a CI Practitioner to join their growing Continuous Improvement team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving a positive CI culture across a variety of operational areas of the business.

As a CI Practitioner you will:

- Manage Continuous Improvement Plans
- Manage and prioritise improved opportunities
- Drive a positive CI environment across the wider team and business
- Demonstrate key project management skills and present regular project updates to both internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in business unit measurement meetings and be a positive role model and mentor to BU Managers on initiatives and standards of work

To be considered for the CI Practitioner role you will need:

- Six sigma green belt
- Previous experience in using LEAN and DMAIC tool kits
- Ideally have previous within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in successfully implementing LEAN / CI principles within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in project management
- Proven track record of transformational and cultural changes
