Derbyshire Constabulary are looking to recruit a full-time permanent ViSOR Administrator to be based at Force Headquarters, Ripley working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

The MOSOVO Department (Management of Sexual Offenders and Violent Offenders) manages and monitors the most dangerous violent and sexual offenders by way of the statutory Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) alongside the Prison and Probation Services.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Providing a full range of administrative support to the MOSOVO Department.
- Managing databases, in particular ViSOR, PNC, PND and Niche in line with operating procedures.
- Acting as point of contact between Derbyshire MOSOVO, other Police Forces and external Agencies with emphasis towards ViSOR.
- Processing incoming telephone calls.

**The must haves**
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English Language or equivalent qualification or have previous experience of writing reports and correspondence to this level.
- Previous experience of office or administration work.
- Good communications skills and experience of dealing with customers.
- Previous experience in the use of Microsoft products and have good key board skills.
- Experience in input/retrieval of data from computer systems
- Experience of Police Databases including Niche.
- Experience and good working knowledge of ViSOR.

**Salary - £26,487-£32,772**

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
