**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with the Head of CRM and Loyalty to develop and execute membership marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Digital Marketing, Trade, Commercial, and Brand to ensure seamless alignment and execution of membership initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the membership marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve exceptional results.
- Utilize your marketing expertise to craft compelling membership campaigns and promotions that resonate with our diverse customer base.
- Work closely with the CRM team to leverage customer data and insights to inform targeted membership marketing efforts.
- Analyse and report on the performance of membership marketing campaigns, deriving actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to leverage online channels effectively and drive membership acquisition and engagement.
- Support the Head of CRM and Loyalty in evangelising the importance of membership initiatives at a leadership level to foster cross-functional buy-in and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on membership or loyalty programs preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and coordinate across multiple teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and marketing strategies to enhance membership programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
- Passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and driving customer engagement.
