**The apprenticeship**

Our apprenticeships will give you the chance to develop your skills, opening the gateway to an exciting career. Earning while you’re learning, you’ll get immediate and meaningful involvement in projects that are fundamental to the success of the business. You will also have a wide support network to help you along the way.

The course you will undertake will be online with an assessment at the end. Other parts of the role will include shadowing a senior member of staff (based in Stourbridge).
- Those who attend the apprenticeship gain the knowledge and skills to confidently install, test and certify copper and fibre cable installations whilst working to the correct standards and best practices.
- Become one of the elite certified network cable installers in the country.
- Have the desired levels of competency and confidence to install Smart Building technology such as wireless access devices, VoIP telephony, CCTV cameras and door access controls
- Demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, skills, and expertise in network infrastructure installation.
- Install copper and fibre network cable infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
