The Best Connection are currently recruiting for **Warehouse/Machine Operatives in Cranleigh **to assist with the day to day running within a production environment.

**No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided.**
**Due to location you will need a car to get to site**
**Opportunity to progress within the business.**
**There is an opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks**

**The role will include**:

- Picking & Packing
- Machine Operating

**Hours**:

- 4 On - 3 Off - 3 On - 4 Off ROTA **NO WEEKENDS**:

- Week 1 - Tuesday - Friday
- Week 2 - Wednesday - Friday
- 12 Hour Shift 07:00am-19:00pm

**Pay**:

- £12.00 per hour
- Performance bonus paid every quarter.
- Opportunity for pay to be increased based on performance levels.
- Plenty of overtime available on your days off or weekends, paid at time and half.

**What they need you to do**:

- Understand our procedures and follow them.
- Follow the health and safety rules laid out by the business.
- Follow the rules for good manufacturing and hygiene.
- Highlight any concerns as and when they occur and report to your Line Manager
- Always be at work on time.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
