Your New School
I currently have a fantastic opportunity as an Admin Assistant at a Secondary School located in Tredegar that caters for over 750 pupils aged 11-16. The School has a positive, supportive and inclusive culture and the leadership team have a clear communicationpathway to all staff members in the school.
Your new role
This role is for an immediate start. Your tasks will include working at the reception desk, liaising with parents, staff and pupils coming into the school. You will also be responsible for collecting and reconciling monies along with basic admin duties suchas answering the phone. The working hours for this role are 09:00 to 15:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:30 on Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
The right person for the role must have previous experience carrying out administrative duties in a busy environment. Knowledge of SIMS and the ability to navigate the system is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. You will have good communicationskills, will be well organised and also a fast learner. You will also require a full driving license.
