**Working pattern: TBC, Monday to Friday**
Loughborough Amherst School are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support for individuals in Year 10 with additional needs.
- Be an enthusiastic, motivated team-player who enjoys working with young people;
- Work under direct instruction of the SENCO, Assistant SENCo and senior staff;
- Have previous experience of supporting young people in an education setting
- particularly children with cognition needs and anxiety;
- Know how to support both in class and in a 1:1 or small group setting;
- Be a real team player with a flexible approach;
- Be hard working and resilient with a good attendance record;
- Be caring, patient and supportive with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
