**The job itself**:
The opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Project Worker/IDVA to work within the Domestic Violence and Abuse Partnership.

This post will be based in Bridlington, although DVAP support blended working. Some travel across the county will be required, it is therefore essential to have your own transport and a full driving licence.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with adults in a social care environment, ideally someone who has worked with victims/survivors of domestic abuse and is a qualified IDVA. You should have an understanding of the disempowering nature of domestic abuse and the ability to empathise with the issues faced by this client group. The ability to respond effectively to distressed clients presenting in crisis is essential.

You should be able to work on your own initiative, but also perform as part of a wider team in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
