Appian Developer Contract (Outside IR35, remote and for an initial 6 month period with potential to extend)

A global insurance company is looking for an experienced Software Developer with previous experience in the Appian Platform.The day rate will be competitive based on skills and experience and you will be working on global projects for a highly reputableorganisation.

Duties will include:

- Establishing the framework for the Appian environments and configuration aligned user access management and project setup
- Provide expert guidance and support for the project teams that utilise the framework
- Creating and maintaining the best practices for the Appian development lifecycle including DevOps pipeline and Continuous Integration (CI/CD)
- Consult on and iterate our existing low code solution design process and the creation / adoption of any accelerators
- Actively participate in handover sessions for vendor built solutions, defining support models and formalisation of on-going support.

To be considered suitable you will need the following skills/experience:

- Recent experience as Appian Designer & Developer including latest releases, with proven end-to-end delivery experience
- Experience in working on cross-functional teams building products using Agile methodologies and DevOps
- Experience in architecture design, scripting and/or programming experience.
- Background in working with relevant CI/CD tools
- Understanding of Java, Web Services and API Integration
- Appian administration experience
