Our client who is based in the Shotts area require a temporary Services Assistant. This is a temporary role with pay rate of £11.91 per hour, the rile is up to 3months with an immediate start.
Hours of work will be Full time, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Tues 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., and Fri 8 a.m.12 p.m.
An Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Certificate will be required prior to start date.
**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient canteen service in accordance to agreed timescales. The post holder will be required to undertake manual handling duties daily, in a warehouse type vicinity.
- Check canteen sheets for accuracy and process orders through an electronic point of sale system.
- Accurately pick and pack purchases as per order. Bag, seal, and tag individual orders with customer details, in preparation to deliver to residential areas within strict deadlines.
- Accurately process individual orders through computerised till system.
- Receive and check weekly stock delivery and input onto stock management software. Effective stock management, rotation and reconciliation including physical stock check.
- As part of a multi-functional team, you will be required to perform other tasks/ relief cover as specified by Accounts Manager.
