Handy Man

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills
