**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Brand Manager to join our fast-paced team in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth within your designated territory. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with key clients, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- **Responsibilities**:_
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and maximize their potential.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the team to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Set clear performance goals and targets for the team and conduct regular performance evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Territory Management**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within your assigned territory.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop appropriate sales strategies.
- Allocate territories, set sales targets, and monitor the progress of sales representatives in achieving their individual goals.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers in the territory and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling the company's FMCG products to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and secure new accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to meet both customer needs and company profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide valuable insights and feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
**Sales Performance Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns, incentives, and trade marketing initiatives.
