SINTEC Holding is a mechanical and electrical contractor that provides a wide range of professional installation services, specialising in automation technologies for material handling and storage systems. We have carried out projects for companies suchas Marks and Spencer, Renault, BMW, McLaren, Bentley Motors, Amazon and Nestle. We are a global service provider with main offices are situated in the UK, USA, Latvia, Poland, Germany.
Key responsibilities:
- Full ownership & accountability of the Group’s Finance function & Personnel
- Manage overall budget and forecasting process including preparation of annual budget
- Management of Cash flow
- Credit Control & invoice issuing
- Liaise with Bank
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls for internal and external audits and risk management
- Financial analysis
- Lead on tax activities, governance, and liaison with HMRC.
- Supervision of reconciliation of all bank accounts/credit cards/payroll
- Management Reporting, notably to CEO
- Assisting with the year-end accounts
- Advisory role to Board of Directors in terms of strategy
- Broad financial operations
- Team Management across Finance & Accounts including - work prioritization, performance
- Ownership of all Financial policies and procedures and supporting individual departments with their Financial needs
- Other ad-hoc duties commensurable with the position
Essential Skills
- Min 3 years’ experience as Finance Lead
- Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA (mandatory)
- Managerial experience (mandatory)
- Relevant education
- Russian-speaking (preferably)
- Hands-on approach and deliverable focused
- Excellent communication skills with team and senior stakeholders
- Motivated, organized & analytical
