**Job summary**:
Here at the Defence Medical Services (DMS), Whittington Barracks, Lichfield, we are looking for friendly, well-organised and adaptable, person to join our team as a EO Graphics Officer.

Designing, developing and creating of digital media to support Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) packages and upload training content to the sandbox area of the VLE.

The position offers 37 hours per week. Requests to work flexibly and/or part time will be considered, taking into account business needs.

**Job description**:
As the successful post holder, you will be responsible for the production of Two-Dimensional (2D) print and digital assets for use in course material, promotional and marketing campaigns across Defence Medical Academy and the wider Defence Medical Services, all in compliance with the Ministry of Defence branding guidelines using industry standard software.

You will be expected to proactively contribute to the work of the whole Digital Design and Media Team by collaborating on projects, sharing expertise and technical knowledge, providing assistance where necessary.

**Person specification**:
Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and provide creative insight on how to answer project briefs in an engaging way, using a variety of media solutions to produce digital training content.
- Undertaking any appropriate Graphic Design related requests as directed by your line manager.
- End-to-end, creation development and maintenance of high quality 2D and 3D
digital and print ready Graphics content to be used by the Defence Medical Academy and other relevant stakeholders using industry standard Adobe Creative Cloud.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 5 qualifications accepted are Diploma or Higher Education (DipHE),
- Foundation Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), Level 5 Award, Level 5 Certificate, Level 5 Diploma or Level 5 NVQ.**Behaviours**:
