Are you interested in helping to provide greater appointment choice for patients out of standard GP practice hours?

Extended Access Services provide extended hours NHS medical appointments at a number of GP surgeries across Brighton and Hove.We are a not-for profit, social enterprise, membership organisation. Our members are local GPs, practice managers, practice nurses and our own staff.

We’re hiring **Phlebotomists ideally currently working in primary care in Brighton and Hove** to provide out of hours NHS medical appointments at a number of GP surgeries across Brighton and Hove.

**Job role**
- Adult venepuncture
- Run phlebotomy clinics in extended access hours alongside our teams of HCAs, nurses, ANPs and GPs, ensuring the highest standard of care for all registered and out of area patients.
- Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making within your scope of practice and provide expert care in the management of patients.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the team to meet the needs of patients and support service objectives, policies and procedures.
- Work within national and local policies and procedures

Good communication skills are essential for this role as we are looking for people to participate fully in our clinical team.
