Nursery Room Leader

Nursery Room Leader required just outside Ashtead in Leatherhead, Surrey ,for our Baby Room, full time. Must be Level 3 qualified with recent UK experience in a Nursery

**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff members
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organised room
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding of children
- Provide guidance and support to nursery staff members

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 in Childcare and recent experience working in a nursery
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
- Baby room experience
