Tour Coordinator

**Job description**

Reporting to the Reservations Manager you will be responsible for creating our product, ensuring that every element is in place to specification, and on schedule.

You’ll be expected to build and maintain relationships with our suppliers and to record progress in clear and accurate detail in order to provide our guides and customers with the utmost confidence in the smooth and reliable operation of their tour. You’ll need to be committed to delivering top-level service in line with our values and reputation as one of the world’s largest premium motorcycle tour operators.

**Main responsibilities**
- Making advance reservations with our suppliers for hotels, transport, motorcycle hire and more.
- Amending advance reservations as required.
- Updating our suppliers with customer lists, arrival times, meal choices, changes to passenger information etc.
- Requesting invoices and payment information from our suppliers at the scheduled time.
- Recording progress clearly and accurately so that the current status of a tour is visible to the entire team.
- Understanding the product and being vigilant about any actual or potential faults or scheduling issues that may arise.
- Cross checking your own work to ensure accuracy and consistency.

**Person Specification**
- Excellent attention to detail is absolutely essential in this role.
- Experience with planning and data management systems such as calendars, spreadsheets, flow charts etc would be very beneficial.
- Previous experience in a planning, administrative, or organisational role would be very beneficial.

**Salary**: £24,960.00 per year
