Paintshop Controller

**An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Paintshop Controller to join a well-established company based in Birtley, County Durham

**About the Role:
To manage and control a team of 12 staff through the following vehicle processes:

- Preparation and Body Filler Repairs.
- Paintwork and Colour Matching.
- Finishing, Quality Control, polishing, Valeting etc.
- Read and direct staff from a Job card.
- Liaise between administration and Workshop Staff.

- Previous Experience is Essential.
- Must have good knowledge of Paint providers and systems.
- Preferably held Supervisory role in work history
- Good Management and communication skills
- Good eye for detail.
- Hard working and reliable.

**Working Hours**:07.30-17.00 pm (Mon-Fri) - Every other Saturday 8-12.

Additional Overtime hours are built into Generous Salary.

**Holidays 22 Days + Stat Holidays.

In return the company is offering a Generous Salary, Depending on Experience.
