Technology Business Consultant

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a Technology Business Consultant within the UK (ideally located close to our EMEA headquarters in Tunbridge Wells).
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate project and technical discussion(s) with client counterparts
- Document and prioritize client business requirements related to business objectives, strategy and tactics to achieve desired results from Calero solution(s)
- Document client implementation and configuration requirements aligned in support of system integrations and feeds
- Perform the role of liaison amongst project stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for Calero solution design
- Facilitate formal and informal training workshops with the client via in-person, on-site or virtual
- Draft User Acceptance Testing (UAT) document aligned to agreed internal and client UAT plan and educate client through UAT sessions.
- Work closely with Technical Solutions and Professional Services teams to ensure alignment against client objectives and needs
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned where required
**Education**:
- University/Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience [a combination of education and experience will be considered]
**Experience**:
- Minimum three (3) years experience with Calero products and services or similar software
**Knowledge/Skills**:
- Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL certification preferred
- Must be able to make fact-based decisions in a timely manner
- Must be able to present to a management level, both internally and externally
- Must be able to work in a complex environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- CoE Participant
