**Description**: We are looking for a Principal Medical Writer to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to produce and oversee the delivery of scientifically accurate content, provide support to junior writers and offer insights to generate new business opportunities.
**Key responsibilities**:
Take ownership and responsibility for development and delivery of scientifically accurate content that is aligned with client objectives and meets their specifications, budgetary and schedule requirements

Proactively contribute creative medical education and communication concepts for business development and ongoing programme development

**Skills and knowledge required**:
Degree level or higher in a life science, with several years’ Medical Communications agency experience, including strong evidence of teamwork and ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Highest quality scientific writing, with skills to adapt content and style to suit different audiences, plus strong project management and organisational skills

Solid understanding of the process of drug development and the regulations that drive this in the US and EU, combined with good understanding of the commercial drivers of the business
