Due to this growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a **Shift Manager to join our new Distribution Centre**. Our Shift Managers play a crucial part in the day-to-day activities and are key to delivering our Business Principles.

**As a Warehouse Operative your responsibilities will include**:

- Manual Handling
- Picking
- Despatch
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Be reactive to the needs of the business
- To be loyal to the business and drive personal performance
- Be energetic and have a positive approach

- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Be calm, level headed and can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Can be decisive and react quickly when problems arise
- Teamwork skills
- Have good spoken and written communication skills
