**Warehouse Operative - Dunfermline - £14.42 per hour**

**The role**:This position is responsible for kitting/Testing and packing of Production orders in line with our Production Schedule and Quality Management system.

**What the day to day could look like**
- Kitting production work orders & Pick lists set out on the production schedule, this covers from when the Order is picked and ready to start though to Final packing of the customer order.Final
- Visual & Functional testing of all production items as per QMS
- The Kitting & Testing associate is expected to always work to our QMS instructions.
- Provide feedback of any issues in both Visual & Function test to the team Leader and raise NCR’s if applicable
- Kitting & Testing associates must always adhere to relevant health and safety rules and regulations. This includes wearing protective clothing and operating tools and machinery safely according to company protocol.
- Work to Production schedule ensuring orders are shipped when required
- Involved in inventory accuracy activities such as Weekly/Monthly cycle counts & oversee the Main Stock checks working with our MRP system (Fishbowl)
- Working within our MRP System, perform activities such as Feedback Work orders as required
- Recommend improvements to enable operational efficiency
- Clean work area including warehouse at end of the working day
- Setup work area daily for Production
- Must be able to follow kitting instructions
- Quality documentation to be followed to verify kits are accurate and correct
- Support Logistics team Warehouse / Reprocessing & Goods in with as and when required

**Are you who we’re looking for?**
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards for quality control
- Relationship-building and networking skills
- An understanding of supply chain management and logistics
- Experience working in a fast pace demanding environment
- Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation software, and other Planning management software systems (ERP, MRP, IMS).
- Good Knowledge of day-to-day running within a stores and production environment.
- Hold a Forklift truck licence is preferred but not essential as training will be given

**Salary**: £14.42-£14.50 per hour
