- Check order daily

2. To liaise with suppliers to ensure we have:

- Vendor set up forms
- Accurate new line forms
- Accurate Product Submission Forms with required content
- All required images for the web
- All video content
- To ensure bookings are made for intake

3. Raise Skus

4. Raise POs

5. To liaise with the warehouse
- Check warehouse GRNs vs PO
- Chase any balances to Pos
- Monitor returns
- Visit the warehouse to determine destiny of returns

6. To liaise with Finance
- To check invoices match supplier receipts
- Liaise with finance and supplier to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure credit notes are raised

7. Monitor the web site
- Ensure all product is loaded appropriately
- Ensure the customer journey delivers the strategy
- Monitor competitor pricing and propose daily price changes
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure promo items are proposed and actioned

8. Carry out any adhoc analysis required by the buyer

The role will report to the Snr Buyer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
