**Duties**:

- Manage paperwork and communication between organisaitional departments
- Data entry and cleansing
- Ensure the company CRM is up to date and accurate
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
