Minicab Controller

We are currently looking to recruit experienced controllers to join our professional team at our head office in uxbridge London. You must have an impeccable knowledge of inner uxbridge denham cowley west dryton. This position is for someone with good previous experience of the trade who can work independently.

Essential Experience/Requirements:

- Controller experience
- Customer service experience in high volume environments (restaurants, hotels etc.)
- High level of spoken English
- Call Centre experience
- Punctuality, flexibility and professionalism
- Computer skills
- Typing spelling and good knowledge of London is advantageous

Main Duties:

- Call centre duties: answering incoming calls and making bookings
- Controlling
- Using state of the art dispatch system
- Dealing with customers, drivers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner at all times
- Ad-hoc duties as necessary
