You will provide the utmost support to customers who seek IT support, set up and configure computers, troubleshoot issues, maintain the network, and more. Each day will be different and full of variety

At SARALA Computers they have affiliations with companies such as Avast, ASUS, Draytek Communications, Microsoft 365, Orchid Telecoms, and Simply Mail Solutions. These affiliations give them the license to sell the products which are developed by these companies.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc
- Perform checks and test phone systems, networks, and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly
- Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise
- Attempt to replicate reported technical problems and look for solutions
- Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date and install updates as required
- Maintain computer network, system, and hardware documentation for colleagues to reference

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £13,000 - £16,000 Per Annum
- Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 21 Days holiday plus bank holidays

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Avid problem solver
- Passionate about IT and Technology - knowledge of hardware and software
- Communication skills, written and verbal
- Customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Maths or Level 2 Functional Skills
