**MacKenzie King** are recruiting for a **Part-Time HR Administrator** to join a growing, industry leading business, based on the outskirts of Woodbridge. As a **HR Administrator** you will be joining the HR and Payroll team in an ever evolving environment with the responsibility for processing all payroll and benefits for one entity of the business.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Monthly payroll processing for circa 275 employees.
- Reconciling and maintaining payroll/HR records and reports.
- Preparing and filing of HM Revenue and Customs requirements.
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers regarding payroll.
- Adhering to legislative requirements and ensuring they are observed whilst working within company policies.
- Assisting with HR administration to include correspondence and contracts.

**Qualifications and experience**

Ideally you will have direct payroll processing experience, preferably in an environment that deals with a variety of admissions.

Additionally, you will possess the ability to administer accompanying aspects of Human Resource documentation. Knowledge of compiling reports is also desirable. Whilst this position has a broad scope, it requires attention to detail and accuracy, with mínimallevels of error.
