Brickwork Lecturer

Protocol are working closely with a college in Stoke-on-Trent, in their search for a passionate **Brickwork Lecturer.**

This college is the largest provider of further education in Stoke and North Staffordshire, with around 5,000 students each year on full-time and part-time study programmes, apprenticeships, professional qualifications and university-level courses. Students "routinely win awards in regional and national competitions and the challenge helps to unleash their talent and prepare them for the competitive world of employment."

In this position you will be preparing learners and equipping them will skills which will enable them to thrive in a working environment. This will involve teaching work readiness and stress management to learners.

The college are looking for someone to **start as soon as possible**

Working 37 hours per week, over Mon - Fri

The rate is **£30 to £35 per hour + holiday pay.**

**Required to recruit, induct, train, review, assess, monitor and track apprentices working in the relevant vocational field primarily, but not exclusively on employers’ premises**

**Supporting delivery of Brickwork teaching between levels 1-3/ advanced craft.**

**The person & qualifications**
- Will need relevant TQ,
- Need an assessors qualification (A1, V1 or TAQA)
- relevant qualification in Brickwork
