A new and exciting telesales position has become available within the ever-expanding Allday pharmacy group.

Starting salary will be dependent on age and experience between £20,374.00 and £22,485.00. In addition, a performance related Bonus will also be paid when applicable.

Based in Cheadle Heath Stockport, we are within walking distance of well served bus routes and not far from Stockport town centre.

**Working week** - Monday - Friday 9 am - 5.30pm.. However Part time applicants will be considered at hours to suit.

Main responsibilities:

- To create and maintain a customer sales database, from existing lapsed and prospect accounts.
- Working to target, completing required daily number of sales calls.
- Working to target converting the required number of sales calls to orders daily.
- To Identify new products, involving pricing, margin and competitor analysis, products can vary from websites being worked on.
- Monthly reports including margin, stock analysis and sales analysis.
- Processing customer orders using our fully integrated order processing and stock system.
- Involvement in business development projects.
- Liaising with pickers regarding stock discrepancies etc.
- Helping in other areas of the group when needed.

**Qualifications required**
