Selective Recruitment group are working with an established and expanding business in Didcot who are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join them.

You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of projects across the business and maintaining high standards.

**Role: Project Coordinator**

**Location: Didcot**

**Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum**

**Contract: Permanent, Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week**

**What will you be doing as a Project Coordinator?**
- Liaise closely with Project Managers to keep client information, project plans and other project paperwork fully under control and updated in line with the demands of the projects.
- Work with the Project Managers to ensure work is neither overlooked nor duplicated and to ensure the overall direction and integrity of the projects.
- Assist in the day-to-day planning and implementation of projects to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Attend project meetings as required and document these meetings as directed by the Project Managers.
- Liaise with the other operational and engineering teams to provide cross support of resources and technical input.
- Ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction and customer service.
- Support other functions of the business as necessary.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and a good attention to detail.
- Be fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have the ability to work with staff and sub-contractors at all levels.
- Build lasting working relationships and show consideration for colleagues.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times and convey this to others.
- Be able to take responsibility for their area and be proactive in finding solutions as problems arise.
