We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (Chemotherapy Nurse) for the Oncology ward at this service in Harpenden - a unique exciting opportunity for a specialist nurse.

This treatment centre offers private and NHS referral patient's treatment for a wide range of cancers, we are looking for an experienced nurse to work with the existing team to provide a specialist service to patients and their families with Haematologicalcancer and those undertaking Chemotherapy.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Chemotherapy Nurse will assess patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload of cancer patients.
- You will assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs throughout the cancer treatment pathway.
- You will assist in maintaining and developing cancer services and contribute to quality improvement within cancer services.

Working Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week + some on call

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Chemotherapy trained with at least 2 years experience
- Clinical competent in venepuncture, phlebotomy and cannulation
