**Your new employer**

A charming hotel at the heart of the Island of Islay boasting a spectacular restaurant, bar and garden where they serve well-thought seasonal menus using delicious fresh and local produce for guests to enjoy.

**Responsibilities within your new role**

As a member of the Front of House team, you will proactively take orders and serve customers in a timely manner. For this role, you will also greet and speak to a board clientele, providing excellent customer service at all times.

You will work closely with the other teams within the venue, including the kitchen and management, to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and successfully.

**Your personality, experience and qualifications**

You will be required to hold previous experience in a Bar/Waiting role within a hotel or busy restaurant setting, along with strong enthusiasm for hospitality and going above and beyond to create memorable customer experiences.

Experience working in a remote setting would be also an advantage. Due to location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
