We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at the Shell Thirsk service station on the A168 near Topcliffe.

The position is for a minimum of 30 hours per week with good rates of pay

Main Responsibilities as Site Supervisor
- Provide a fantastic customer service experience
- Be helpful and polite to all customers and colleagues.
- Be an all rounder - cash handling, use of the till, stock replenishment, cleaning duties, ordering stock.
- Sell products according to policies and procedures E.g. Challenge 25.
- Be fully flexible to cover shifts at this 7 days per week popular station

Lead a team of staff to carry out duties set by the Site Manager Your core duties will include:

- Serving and engaging with customers
- Accurate cash handling
- Supporting the manager at all times
- Stock replenishment throughout the store
- Receiving both wet and dry stock deliveries
- Maintaining the back office stock control system
- Carry out the required due diligence checks
- To be part of the team to help maintain standards throughout the store and forecourt
- To aid in the training of staff
- To be flexible to help cover shifts during holiday + sickness
- Assist with admin duties
