We have a new and exciting role to join our well established client in Minworth, easily commutable and full on-site free parking.
Working 40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday with an excellent starting salary of £23,000 perm annum.
The role will be working to deadlines and at times can be pressured so someone who is able to work well unsupervised and can still produce quality work when working to deadlines is a distinct advantage.
Duties will include:
- Processing invoices and personal expense claims for the UK & France in a timely manner
- Resolve queries when they arise
- Set up new suppliers and maintain any changes to accounts for the UK and France
- Maintain the accounts payable inbox and complete any adhoc requests / queries from colleagues, management and suppliers
- Coding invoices
- Review VAT invoices prior to coding
