- We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Exams Officer to be responsible for the administration of examinations.
- You will be responsible for the administration, organisation and smooth running of examinations held in the academy in compliance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and exam board. Act as the School’s principal administration link with the Examinations Boards following up queries from staff and disseminating relevant literature from the Board. Responsible for maintaining pupil progress and course manager in the Schools Information Management System (Arbor) to provide accurate and timely information to SLT regarding pupil performance.
- The key duties include but are not limited to:

- Administration of all internal and external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualification (JCQ) regulations to include:

- Maintenance of the MIS examination module.
- Receipt, log and secure storage of examination materials.
- Organisation and oversight of exam day arrangements.
- Review, maintenance and update of all college examination policies.
- Liaison with SENDCo re access arrangements
