**Full Job Description**
Working as part of our existing team, we require full time Despatch Operatives to assist with the efficient running of the Despatch Department. Essentially, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.
**The Role**:
- Scanning product into and back from production;
- Scanning pallets;
- Selecting correct orders;
- Loading containers;
- Clerical duties associated with the despatch of products.
- sawing sides into crosscuts
- pre boning preparation
- batching of product on computer
- order picking for dispatch
- keeping work area clean an tidy
- management of chilled space
**The person**
**Essential**
- Possess excellent communication skills;
- A good level of spoken and written English;
- Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service;
- Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
**Desirable**
Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous
**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Crumlin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: One location
