**SALARY**:£32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

**Please note**:A full UK driving licence is required and flexibility and willingness to work extra hours at times, as occasional travel and overnight stays may be required

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Support Team Manager / Administration Supervisor who has experience in preparing reports and presentations, expert level knowledge of Excel and practical experience and knowledge of a CRM Database Softwarepackage with good customer service and communication skills.

The Sales Support Team Manager / Administration Supervisor will oversee the day to day management of the sales support administration team in order to provide support to the external sales team.

Working as the Sales Support Team Manager / Administration Supervisor your role will involve direct liaison with and progress chasing of quotes and bids through the various department and divisions of the organisation. You will provide support as and whenrequired to the sales director, in relation to implementing new process and strategies to the wider sales support team and assist with reporting from time to time.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as a Sales Support Team Manager / Administration Supervisor include:

- General day to day supervision of the sales support team, organisation and delegation of their workload
- Develop systems to improve sales administration and performance generally
- Participate and contribute effectively to sales team meetings
- Contribute to sales initiatives, by cleaning raw databases and by prospecting/sales calls as directed from time to time
- Utilise and maintain CRM system to manage Sales Pipeline for development of sales opportunities and Weekly/Monthly Reports as directed from time to time
- Manage the quotation process from sales to operations and onwards to client on behalf of sales management
- Site survey process management across the group - liaising with Regional Management and clients
- Carry out detailed data analysis on larger, national bids and manipulate data as required using excel
- Support on RFP’s / RFI’s / tender opportunities
- Plan, structure and progress chase the management of client handover to Operations following receipt of a purchase order
- Create CDF’s and liaise with Area/Regional Management to gather start date and information ensuring effective communication with functional/departmental colleagues, to confirm details and a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved andmaintained

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent), with a high level of verbal and written literacy
- Expert level working knowledge and experience of Excel; Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting, Relative and Absolute Referencing, Data Cleansing and Data Validation Functions
- Practical experience and knowledge of a CRM Database Software package
- Sound working knowledge of the other Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience of dealing with customers, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and organise own priorities and their team
- Previous experience in preparing reports and presentations
- Willingness to learn and adapt, ideally with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Active team player and supports colleagues when workflow demands
- It would be beneficial to have experience of the facilities management industry
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety on site is preferable
- An understanding of Quality Management Systems would be desirable
- Flexibility in approach and willingness to work extra hours at times, as occasional travel and overnight stays may be required to support the Sales Team for Exhibitions / Shows / Networking Events
- Full clean driving license
